You’re going to be drinking a lot of it!
If you get easily bored of plain water, experiment with it. Fill a pitcher of water and add some sliced cucumber to it. Store it in the fridge. You can also add slices of lemon or lime to it for some flavoring.
You can try the same thing with home-grown mint. Steep a handful of mint for 15-20 minutes in a small pot, scoop the leaves off the top and pour ‘green water’ into a pitcher. Let it cool, then store in the fridge. There are several mint tea recipes online, so do a little research and find some that sound interesting to you.
To sweeten your tea, try home-grown Stevia. Or you can use the packaged stuff.
